New Waypoint Upgrades
We have launched some new features for all Waypoint sites:

1. Email Website Users

You can now send email messages to all users in your website. We have created a simple wizard that allows you to select any or all of the users in your website, and craft a personalized message to be sent to each of them.

2. Permission pages by Role

We have expanded the page permissioning system! You can now select from a list of roles for any page in your site. When selected, this role will be required in order to view the page.

Introducing Waypoint Commerce!

After several months of careful design and development, Waypoint Commerce is almost here! Waypoint Commerce is our new Online Store software suite which is built on top of Waypoint, taking full advantage of all the features already inside. We are working on some of the last features for our first release and will be posting a free demo once development is complete. If you are interested in learning more about Waypoint Commerce or would like to take it for a test drive, please don't hesitate to contact us!

Waypoint now includes an RSS reader component! Now it's easy to set up a space on your Waypoint website's homepage to display the latest listings from any RSS-powered blog site! Contact your Waypoint Site Manager for details.

Email Address Logins

We are proud to announce Waypoint's new support of email address logins! You are no longer required to create usernames for your accounts. Just log into your website and change the login method to email address mode and users can start logging in with their email address and a password.

SEO Upgrades
In response to customer requests, we have made major search engine optimizations to the entire Waypoint platform! Excess scripting code has been moved to the bottom of the page and we've added additional meta tag support. We will be monitoring how this affects site traffic over the next few weeks and we will report the overall results here.
